It is my passion to help others. This might be a different way to start a bio introduction for a Realtor®, but it truly is at the heart of what my team-The Eagle One Group-and I stand for. It is our mission to bring value and knowledge to each client that partners with us. We understand that for most everyone buying and selling real estate is not something you do everyday. In fact the average homeowner only sells their home every 7-10 year. For myself and the team we are involved everyday. We know you will have questions and expect expert answers based on the facts and not just a water cooler opinion.
This is why I have dedicated myself to education and training. When you talk with my clients you will find out that as we collaborated on the sale or purchase they requested that their knowledge increased as well. My requirement for The Eagle One Group is the always be sharing with our clients the information needed to allow them to make the best decision possible. The real estate market never stays the same. It is our fiduciary duty to keep our client's interest above ours. This requires providing the best information possible. It requires knowing that you as a Realtor® do not know everything and must work with other experts to provide the knowledge needed for your client.
I started my career in real estate in 2003. Honestly it wasn't pretty. 1 transaction in my first year as I tried to find a way to retire from restaurant management. Not having any kind of a sales background I tried just about anything to find clients to help. The only thing I really learned was what not to do. What mistakes not to make. The fact that if I wanted to be successful it would take more than just showing a few houses and hopefully getting a deal done. It would take investing into a business and an education. I could not be satisfied to be average, I had to strive for more.
With this driving me I pushed forward and in 2006 became one of the top agents at my brokerage. I worked with subdivison homes, mobile homes on land, condominiums, vacant land...just whatever I could help with. Things were going well....or so I thought. Then the shift with the recession hit. Something I had not experienced as a business owner. Plenty of listings but no buyers. Changes in the lending requirements. People losing jobs. Uncertainty abounded everywhere and crashing down I went. One more time learning that I still had to keep learning.
I finally had to return to my management position. I still kept learning with the hope to return as a Realtor®. In 2014 the opportunity became available and I was a Realtor® again. Working with a broker that believed in education first my depth of knowledge took off. The desire to help clients by providing the information they needed was coming into focus.
This led to the invitation to join the top team in the brokerage. Over the next 3 years with them my knowledge kept expanding as I worked with the best coaches and trainers in the area. I invested in understanding pricing, condition, motivation. Purchased and sold multiple homes. Continued to learn more so I could be better prepared to help my clients.
This led to the formation of The Eagle One Group in July 2020. This team is the culmination of my desire for Realtors to be the agent a client needs them to be. To work from a servant's heart. To have ethics above reproach. To always work for a win-win solution.
Over the last 3 plus years this has resulted in The Eagle One Group completing 141 transaction for $33,920,894 as of June 2023. This has allowed us to grow and become a team that clients put their trust in.
